ESTHINGTON EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION (EEF) is a dynamic and globally recognized independent and International Non-profit Organization working in Nigeria committed to advancing our communities (women, girl-child, the downtrodden and young people) rights through inclusive education, human rights advocacy and defense, skill development and sustainable economic development all around Africa. The Organization has been in existence since 2021 but was officially registered with Corporate Affairs Commission on December 16th, 2023 with registration number CAC/IT/No 7267028 under the Trustees and Allied Matters Act 1990 to give statutory weight to our vision, mission and philosophy as it is reflected in our activities. ESTHINGTON EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION (EEF) has since streamlined her functions with the SDGs; State Governments, Ministries of Health and Education of our partnering States, World Health Organizations, International Organizations, Donor agencies and lots more particularly in the empowerment of the most vulnerable and marginalized members of the society- Children, women and youths.
At EEF, we believe in a world where our communities, every woman, girl child, the downtrodden and young person have access to their rights and opportunities they deserve by prioritizing Human Rights and fostering inclusive education as a powerful tool for transformation, we empower our communities, women, girl child, the downtrodden and young people to break barriers, build leadership capacities and make meaningful contributions to their communities by ensuring they are equipped with the right tools, knowledge and skills necessary to challenge societal barriers and break cycles of poverty and underdevolpment. We focus on creating global movements that champion human Rights through inclusion, equality, equity and justice, particularly through initiatives aimed at the education and empowerment of women, girl child and young people
We work tirelessly to raise awareness, advocate policy reforms, create impactful and transformational programmes that addresses the pressing needs of women, girl child and young people from healthcare access and reproductive rights to vocational training and economic empowerment, to skill set development, to gender base rights anchored on inclusion, equality, equity and justice. Together we are committed to reshaping the future and global narratives, promoting equity, equality, inclusiveness and fostering a world where every woman, girl child and young people have the opportunity to lead, learn and live a life of dignity and fulfilment despite their past, background and rise above challenges, and contributing to a more just, equitable and prosperous world for all.

ESTHINGTON EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION (EEF) works for the Social Development and integration of underprivileged individuals, groups and communities in Ebonyi State, Nigeria and Africa.
To champion the holistic development of women and girls through quality Education, sports and talent development, job creation, Health, Empowerment, and Rights Advocacy. We work to create sustainable change by providing vital health services, promoting quality education and skill acquisition, and advocating for social justice and gender equity in collaboration with communities and partners. We are also committed to promoting good and welfare for children, women and young persons through advocacy, capacity building, scholarships, sensitization and media to guarantee equity for all.
Our work aims to break the vicious cycle of poverty and social isolation and to restore hope for a better future. We believe that every person has the right to access resources and opportunities in order to live and develop with dignity and to become an active and contributing member of our society.
We envision a society where human dignity is restored to all as the gap between the rich and the poor is narrowed. A society where brilliant children are not denied quality education by reason of gender, social or economic background. A society where girls and other marginalized groups are not carted away and sold. Our major goal is to coordinate and strengthen collaborative programs and initiatives, enhancing the programs potentials in driving strategic and impactful changes in the live of an average young person, girl-child, vulnerable and marginalized women ensuring inclusion, equality, equity and justice for all in Nigeria and Africa.
To fight poverty and empower vulnerable children, women and youths in our communities using Education, Sports and Talent Development, Job and Wealth Creation in line with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals; especially Goal number 3, 4 and 8.
To train Less Privileged Children, women and youths, especially in the Rural areas on practical skill acquisition programmes for value re-orientation, Wealth Creation, Self-reliance, Crime reduction and Sustainable living in view of the global economic meltdown.
To initiate concerted campaigns of anti-corruption crusade from the National to the Local Levels for economic viability and progressive future.
To liaise with Ministries, Agencies and Organizations with similar objective in the fight against maternal mortality and morbidity at the grassroots.
To fight the spread of HIV/AIDS and drug abuse in the society
To educate and empower the women and less privileged in the society.
To fight against human trafficking
To educate, train and provide a home for the orphans, destitute and the street girls in our society.
To take care of abandoned babies, destitute, orphans and widows.
